Registration Policy for Students

Registration Register for a seat with an minimum amount of Rs. 1000/- Seats will be re-allocated if the registration amount is not paid on time. Online Registration Form Complete the online registration form available on the institution’s website. Required Documentation Submit necessary documents, including identification proof, previous academic records, and any other documents specified by the institution. Registration Fees Pay the non-refundable registration fee as part of the registration process. Confirmation of Registration Receive a confirmation email or letter from the institution upon successful completion of the registration process.

Admission Policy for Students

Seat Allocation – Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, upon successful registration and payment of the admission amount. Admission Confirmation – Admission is confirmed only after the full payment of the admission amount within the specified timeframe. Enrollment Agreement – Sign an enrollment agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the course, including fee structure, attendance requirements, and academic expectations

Class Participation and Academic Requirements

Webcam must be turned on during classes. Minimum 90% attendance is required. If found lesser, then will not provide (issue) any certificate and internship. Achieve at least 75% overall marks in 12 months. Maintain 80% accuracy in assignments over 12 months. (Atleast 10 out of 12) assignments must be completed else Certificates shall not be issued).

Class Policy and Decorum for Students

Attendance and Punctuality Maintain a minimum of 90% attendance. Arrive on time for all classes. Classroom Behavior Respect the instructor and fellow students. Avoid disruptive behavior and distractions. Participate actively and attentively. Webcam and Participation Keep the CAMERA turned ON during all classes. Engage in discussions and activities as required. Assignment and Exam Conduct Submit assignments on time with 80% accuracy. Maintain academic integrity during exams and assignments. Communication Use respectful and professional language in all communications. Raise questions and doubts politely during appropriate times.

Fee Policy for Students

Fee Payment Schedule Remaining fees can be paid in installments as per the schedule provided. Installment Plan Follow the installment plan for the remaining fees on a monthly basis. Ensure timely payments to avoid any penalties or disruptions in classes. Students must deposit their fee before 1st to 5th and 15th to 20th of every month. Penalties will be charge after the 5th and 20th of every month. Penalty Charges are as follows: After the 5th of month to 10th of the month, the 200 Rs penalty will be charged. After the 10th of the month to the 15th of the month, the 500 Rs penalty will be charged. After the 15th of the month to 25th of the month, 1000 Rs penalty will be charged.

Fee Refund Policy

No Refund Policy Generally, no fees will be refunded if a student cancels their admission. Conditional Refund Policy If a student attends up to 2 classes and decides to cancel, but a GST CHARGES would be considered (deducted). No refund will be provided if a student has attended 3 or more classes either live sessions and (or) recording class. Refund Request Procedure Submit a written request for a refund within the specified time frame. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting GST CHARGES. Once a student joins the What’s app group and Mobile app then HE / SHE is not intended provide (entitled for) any refund.

Placement Policies

Attendance and Academic Requirements – 90% attendance is compulsory for all streams. – 80% marks in weekly tests for all streams. – 80% marks in the final exam for all streams. – 80% accuracy in the completion of assignments and projects. Interview Participation: – Students can participate in a maximum of 5 interviews. – It is compulsory to participate in a minimum of 5 interviews. Students who fail to attend an aligned interview will be debarred from upcoming placements. Class Participation: – Students should be interactive during live classes and viva sessions. Job Proposal Rejections: – If a student rejects a job proposal after being selected, ASD Academy will not be responsible for securing another placement opportunity for that student. The responsibility of finding alternative employment will rest solely on the student. Additionally, the student’s resume will not be forwarded for further job opportunities by ASD Academy. By signing this document, students acknowledge their understanding and agreement with these guidelines.

General Instructions

General Instructions for Course Participation Trainer Consistency – Once a trainer is appointed for the course, the trainer will not be changed midway through the course. – The course will not be restarted under any circumstances. – We are committed to improving the quality of the course continually. Student Conduct: – Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards all team members. We are not accept this misbehaviour to any student in next time. – Any form of misbehaviour with team members will result in immediate disciplinary action. – Students engaging in such activities will be debarred from the course. – No refunds will be issued in such cases. By participating in the course, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

I have gone through the aforementioned instructions and guidelines, and assure to abide by them in it’s entirety, and in case of breach of the same, my admission to the course will be laible for cancellation.
